First, I'm happy to report that but for a small, short lived, very mild grieving session at around 11pm last night, Miss Emersyn went to bed at about 9pm and slept till 8:20 this morning! Add that to the two hour nap she took this afternoon and the 9 o'clock bedtime this evening, and I'd say we're on the right track to kicking this jet lag! Woohoo!
I was slightly nervous about today because Danny had to take care of something this morning and I was left alone with the girls! But they did sooooo well and we took advantage of this beautiful weather and headed outside! In their matching outfits and hair bows of course. :)
They had a pretty good time! And the fighting was minimal!
There was swinging...
Climbing...
And sliding!
And of course, a little break to pet the puppy!
Zoey would never miss an opportunity to get snuggles with Woody!
Someone thought something was pretty funny!

Trying with all her might to keep her hands off that hair bow!
And wouldn't you know! Lots of interaction with appa today including a little sit time on his lap at Braedan's scrimmage this evening! And to add to that, letting him bathe her tonight too with tons of laughter!
They were both pretty tired after such a great day!
And all are now in bed sleeping peacefully...hopefully all night!
The bonding continues and the good times keep rollin'.
